multiarmed, fixed gaze
skull garlanded idol grinning
s o l d i e r s s t a n d s e n t r y
street light outshine
october's cold and
fragile moon
fanciful puppets
dance sMiLinG and grimacing
claannkking in the breeze
e a g l e ' s s h a d o w s w o o p s
s i l e n t l y c i r c l i n g t h e r m a l s
o f s w a y a m b u n a t h
buddha so peaceful
sweetly smiling while monkeys
scamper upon him
